The Beginning
Paramount Recruitment officially opens the doors at its first office in Pontypridd. Things looked a little different back then!
First Milestone
Paramount Recruitment achieves its first £1 Million turnover.
We're Growing!
We outgrew our flagship office in Pontypridd and opened a Head Office in Cardiff.
Changing Things Up
Paramount Recruitment rebrands to THOMAS Recruitment Ltd. After opening multiple branches, the rebrand included new colours, a redesigned logo, and an updated mission statement.
Downing Street
Our Managing Director, Jason Thomas, and our Financial Director, Paula Thomas, are invited to have lunch with David Cameron at Downing Street for a second time.
MISSION50
The team was in for a surprise at our Annual Awards Ceremony at Hensol Castle when we revealed our new target - MISSION50! We spent the evening recognising many hard-working staff across the entire business.
The Pandemic
As the COVID Pandemic spread across the planet, we saw our daily lives drastically change. However, there were still many industries that were functioning normally despite the pandemic. We were able to acquire two onsite clients, who we still supply today, during this time to support them with a unique recruitment model.
Our Unique Recruitment Model
We knew the Recruitment Industry was missing something. That's why we developed our Unique Recruitment Model which allows us the ability to create a custom recruitment solution to support their business goals. After multiple successful trials, we officially added it to our client offerings.
Time to Celebrate!
The entire #teamTHOMAS family (and their partners!) joined us in Marbella for a three day all-expenses paid trip in celebration of our 15th year in business.
A BIG Win!
After months of hard work, we were finally able to announce our partnership with Halfords as their sole recruitment supplier! We will be supplying into their site in Coventry and Redditch. We are proud of all who were involved and it wouldn't have been possible without the support from #teamTHOMAS and the Halfords Colleagues.
Record-Breaking Year
After overachieving the target set for the year, the team was rewarded with a celebratory trip to Marbella! It's a very exciting time here at THOMAS!
